She leads with heart and purpose, driven by a mission to ensure people feel cared about and cared for. At her core, Pattie is a servant leader, believing that putting the needs of others first and helping them perform at their highest potential is what earns trust and respect.She currently heads a leadership team of eleven across South Carolina. Together, they are responsible for nurturing their existing teams and attracting new talent to their branches. The South Carolina leadership team holds each other accountable to show up every day with compassion, integrity, and authenticity. Pattie challenges her team to aim higher, stretch further, and achieve the unimaginable.
Background and Experience
With nearly three decades of experience in the financial services industry, Pattie brings deep expertise and unwavering commitment to her role.She began her career as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch in Short Hills, NJ, after graduating from the College of New Jersey in 1996. There, she cultivated her investment knowledge and discovered a deep love for the industry. In 2006, she joined Wachovia Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, to lead Financial Advisors. She earned her RCC® certification in 2007, and to this day, coaching remains one of her greatest passions. Over her nearly 20-year tenure at Wells Fargo, Pattie has led teams across Wealth, Brokerage, and Premier Channels.
Away from the Office
Pattie lives by the philosophy: “Faith, Family, Firm.” It’s the compass that guides her life and leadership. She is passionate about programs that empower people to turn their lives around, especially those that support the homeless, individuals suffering from addiction, and women and children affected by domestic violence.She enjoys traveling to new places, immersing herself in local cultures, and spending time in nature—especially fishing. But above all, her greatest joy comes from being surrounded by family.
