Joseph DeFalco recently joined Wells Fargo Advisors as the San Diego Market Leader, and he covers San Diego and the Desert area for both the Private Client Group and Wealth Brokerage Services. In this role, he utilizes over 20 years of leadership and client experience. Joseph has been successful by focusing on three areas: having a great client service model, working tirelessly on finding new solutions, and attracting the best advisors in the industry. His belief is that all the little details matter and building strong relationships provides the best outcomes.

Joseph enjoys learning about advisors and their clients, along with figuring out how he can make a greater impact in their lives. Over the years, he has helped countless advisors in many ways, including growing their business, building their brand and marketing themselves, joining the firm, and guiding them toward a prosperous retirement.
