Our primary goal as a divisional team is to facilitate relationships to ensure every client has a deep, comprehensive review and actionable objectives and goals based on their individual needs. Dave finds it paramount to spend quality time with his wife, Nicole, and his two college-aged daughters, Alexis and Sophia. Enjoying world-wide surf and golf excursions provides him opportunities to see, meet, and be active with people all over the globe. He spends time in the community enhancing youth volleyball programs, pet rescue, and clean ocean initiatives and organizations.

Senior Managing Director

Most recently, Sheree served as Executive Director and Branch Office Manager with Wells Fargo Private Client Group in Los Angeles, where she led integrated growth across investments, lending, and wealth planning solutions. In this role, she strengthened advisor performance, elevated operational excellence, and delivered consistent business results. She also held a divisional leadership position within Wells Fargo Advisors, partnering with senior executives to design and execute growth strategies across 10 Western markets.
Earlier in her career, Sheree spent over a decade in insurance distribution, leading strategy across major wirehouse and bank channels. She consistently earned top-performer recognition and served as a trusted liaison between field advisors and executive leadership, helping shape product and distribution initiatives.
Sheree graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University. She lives in Palos Verdes, California, with her husband and their three school-aged children and is actively involved in her local community.

Business Growth Strategy Director

Leveraging over a decade of experience at Wells Fargo Advisors, Matt works closely with financial advisors and wealth management teams to develop strategies that leverage Wells Fargo Advisors to meet the goals of their clients and business. The bottom line for every financial advisor relationship is to work collaboratively to instill a sense of an advisor at the center of an industry-leading client experience, choice regarding the business model aligned to your goals, and the opportunities to grow existing and new client relationships.
Prior to his current role, Matt was the Divisional Productivity Manager for the Midwest and Northern Divisions at Wells Fargo Advisors. Matt and his team of Productivity Consultants supported Field Leaders and Financial Advisors around investment management, practice management, planning, and advice.
Matt holds an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Matt holds the Series 7, 9, 10, and 66 registrations.

In her preceding role as Assistant Market Leader for the Valley Market in Los Angeles, Gunjan had the privilege of co-leading a dynamic team of financial advisors across 19 diverse markets. This spanned the region from Pasadena and Woodland Hills to Hawaii, encompassing FiNet, Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management, and Wells Fargo retail branches. Under their leadership, their market effectively managed assets exceeding $60 billion.
Transitioning to her current position as a Market Recruiting Manager, Gunjan’s core responsibilities include collaborating with market leaders to help them identify and secure top-tier advisors in their markets. She has broad experience in recruiting professionals from diverse firms with various business models. Over the last six years, in partnership with Steve Townsend, she helped successfully onboard over 60 professionals who are thriving at Wells Fargo Advisors.

David has 27 years of experience in financial services sales, management, and recruiting. He spent nine years as a Financial Advisor Recruiter in partnership with Willis Consulting in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to that, David enjoyed an 18-year career as a leader and Regional Executive in the financial services, banking, and mortgage industry with HSBC and Accredited. Given his depth of experience, he understands the complexities of the financial markets as well as the special relationship financial advisors work hard to build with their clients. David attended Weber State University and is a graduate of the AFSA Executive Leadership Program at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business in Chapel Hill, NC.
David and his family enjoy calling the Phoenix area home. When he’s not at work, he’s busy with his children who are very involved in school, outdoor activities, and sports.

Daniel works closely with Financial Advisors and wealth management teams to develop strategies that leverage Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management capabilities to meet the goals of their clients and business. The bottom line for every Financial Advisor relationship is to work collaboratively to create a leading client experience, choose a business model aligned to your goals, and unlock the opportunities to grow existing and new client relationships.
Daniel was born and raised in a small farming community in Northern California. The son of immigrants from Mexico, he is a first-generation Mexican American who earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix. As a result of his career and professional opportunities, he has lived in five different states, including California, Washington, Georgia, Florida, and Alaska. Daniel currently resides in Roseville, California, with his wife and young sons, Vicente, Cristiano, and Sebastian. Daniel enjoys traveling and the cuisine of a new area. Some of his favorite trips include Hong Kong, Taiwan, Hawaii, and New York. He loves all sports, but regularly enjoys playing tennis and golf.

Managing Director

Patrick joined our predecessor, Wachovia Securities, in 2007 and built a reputation for partnership, problem solving, and productivity in both the complex and market operations manager positions. Patrick began his current Divisional Support Leader role in 2017 and moved to Minneapolis to be a part of the legacy Northern regional team, followed by taking on today’s Western Divisional role.
Patrick enjoys traveling to visit many friends and family across the U.S. He is an avid sports fan, rooting for the New York Jets to one day return to the Super Bowl, and enjoys participating in anything competitive. He currently lives in West Bloomington, Minnesota, with his dog, Hudson.

He joined the Business Development Group at Wells Fargo Advisors in January 2012 as the Divisional Productivity Manager for the Western Division, where he and his team of Productivity Consultants were responsible for working with branch managers and financial advisors on investment management, practice management, and planning.
In March of 2024, Kurt joined the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (FiNet) Engagement & Growth team, where he serves as a lead relationship manager for the 75+ independent financial advisory practices located in the Western division. In this capacity, he works with Financial Advisors and business owners around engagement, growth, retention, recruiting, and satisfaction.
Kurt holds several professional designations, including Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™), in addition to having passed Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 24, 31, 63, and 65 exams.
He has three beautiful daughters and an amazing son. He was thrilled to marry his wife, Bianca, in 2013. They live in Irvine, CA, and enjoy beach volleyball, traveling, fishing, and time with friends and family.

As the Western Division Premier Leader for Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management, Sean partners with Market Leaders and Area Managers to strengthen advisor recruiting pipelines, accelerate hiring, and drive consistent branch routines that grow Premier investment clients and balances. He also focuses on building effective partnerships between advisors, bankers, and Consumer Bank leadership to deliver an integrated client experience, improve performance accountability, and ensure smooth onboarding and execution of key initiatives.
Sean leads with accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement. He focuses on identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, and developing high-performing teams. He holds Series 7, 9, 10, and 66 registrations and earned both his BA and MBA from Purdue University.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife, Tina, and their two daughters, Aubrey and Zoey. Whether traveling for sports, hiking local trails, or running whenever he can, Sean brings the same energy and commitment to his personal life as he does to his professional one.

Chris is the Executive Director, Divisional Marketing Manager for Wells Fargo’s Wealth & Investment Management Western division. Chris is responsible for creating and accelerating the firm's brand recognition, marketing, and recruiting strategy in support of the more than 2,500 financial advisors across nine Western divisional markets from San Francisco, California, to Scottsdale, Arizona.
Before joining Wells Fargo, Chris spent 17 years at U.S. Bank, the fifth-largest financial institution in the country, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Bank’s Commercial Banking division. There he was accountable for the division's marketing strategy, prospecting, and product cross-selling initiatives on behalf of 34 locations across the Bank’s domestic footprint. Under his leadership, Chris built and implemented multiple cross-selling campaigns recognized for delivering strong brand paired with relevant industry trend messaging which resulted in more than $60MM of net new revenue for the Bank between 2021 and 2023.
Hard work, resilience, and creativity have always been a part of Chris’s DNA. Growing up in the small suburb of Apple Valley, Minnesota, he learned about the value of hard work and honesty from his middle-class parents – his mother, a schoolteacher, and father, a manager of government accounting. He attended flight school and majored in marketing and communications at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, where he later graduated with a BA in communications.
Outside of the office, Chris is a proud father of two teenage daughters; his hobbies include weightlifting, riding his Harley Davidson Street Glide, hiking, and boating. Chris and his family reside in San Diego, California.

Divisional Marketing Manager

Jaclyn Smith is the private wealth planning director for the Western
Division with Wealth & Investment Management located in San
Diego, California, managing wealth strategy for the division, while
also serving as a private wealth strategist for the San Diego and
Orange County Markets. Jaclyn provides strategic guidance to high
and ultra-high net worth families, as well as family offices, in areas
such as estate, gift, and tax planning strategies; business succession
and liquidity planning; charitable planning; retirement and executive
compensation planning; and other wealth transfer strategies. Jaclyn
has a combined 17 years of experience in wealth planning and
financial services and works closely with clients to understand their
personal wealth values and goals.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Jaclyn was a tax, trust and estate
attorney in the San Francisco Bay and San Diego areas working with
a diverse group of high-net-worth clients developing and
implementing sophisticated estate planning strategies.
Jaclyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University
of California Davis, and a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College
School of Law, with a certificate in Legal Writing. While in private
law practice, and prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Jaclyn earned her
certification as a Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning,
Trusts, and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of
Legal Specialization. While Jaclyn maintains her membership with
the California State Bar, she is no longer practicing law.
She continues to be a member of the Taxation and Trusts & Estates
Section of the California State Bar, and has previously served as
Board of Director, Former Chair Pro Tempore of the Trusts &
Estates Section, and President of the Barristers for the San Mateo
County Bar Association.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors, Reagan was a Project Coordinator with Phoenix Investment Funds. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from Chapman University, where she also served as a Student Advisor Assistant and guided her peers on course selection.
In her free time, Reagan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, fitness classes (cycling and Pilates), cooking, going to the beach, and traveling to new places. She also strives to give back to her community through various causes, including The Hunger Project, Head-Start, and Leaps and Bounds Pediatric Physical Therapy.
